Heidi & Ruthann spoke about their own career,s as well as weaving in their vast knowledge of the Silicon Valley startup scene. Their personal career stories take us on a journey, from their early appointment at startups, through becoming Venture Capitalists the DotCom bust, to their current work in 2010.
